HOW SAN-AIR™ WORKS

SAN-AIR™ V3R Technology
The SAN-AIR™ V3R technology is a unique and proprietary mix of carefully selected Australian organic essential oils. It is blended to produce products with powerful microbial reduction properties at a low dosage to ensure the safety of our customers.
SAN-AIR™ was especially developed to address the issue commonly known as “Sick Building Syndrome” – a series of undiagnosed illnesses caused by poor air ventilation in a building.
Through controlled studies, SAN-AIR™ has been shown to come into contact with 55% of airborne particles every hour and killing any mould or bacteria travelling on that particle. After 24 hours the result is a microbiologically safer indoor air environment. Within 24 to 48 hours, the indoor environment will show a huge reduction in mustiness and airborne contaminants.

The 5 PROCESSES
The Production of SAN-AIR™

Selection
Plants with anti-bacterial properties are selected.

Extraction
Oils are extracted from plant using distillation.

Formulation
Oils are carefully blended to create SAN-AIR.

Evaporation
SAN-AIR gel evaporates and releases into the air.

Sanitisation
SAN-AIR contacts all airborne microbes.
Technology Introduction
SAN-AIR™ Science
- Anti-microbial agents cause a germ to die within 15 minutes, by restricting a germ’s oxygen intake preventing it from growing and reproducing.
- SAN-AIR™ is a biostat - with a biostat the neutralisation process is safer because it does not cause any release of mycotoxins from the germs during the process.
- When SAN-AIR™ comes into contact with airborne particulate matter or surfaces, the active ingredient in SAN-AIR™ cause bacteria and viruses to stop reproducing and mould to stop breathing.
- Continued use of SAN-AIR™ ensures long lasting protection from mould and bacteria.

Risk Reduction For Indoor Environments
Indoor air quality standards AS 3666.3 requires levels of bacteria and mould below 150 colonies per 1000 litres of air to ensure adequate indoor air health.
Complying with Australian standards, SAN-AIR™ has been proven to achieve both of these bioburden levels while significantly reducing the impact of future contaminations.
INDEPENDENT TEST RESULTS
“SAN-AIR™ treats the source of
the problem and does not simply mask it with a fragrance.”
